Phone with a thick case stand, 50 degrees (typing)
A ribbon stand, folded into a zigzag for a phone with a thick case at 50 degrees, a shallow angle for tapping and typing. It is one 4.5 mm band folded into lip, floor, leaning support, back leg and foot, so it takes a fraction of the plastic of a solid block. The cradle is cut for a 14 mm device so it sits snug without scratching, and it opens up by the pattern's depth so the device rests on the crests. It prints lying on its side exactly as exported, so the layers run across the load and nothing overhangs. Measure your device with its case and adjust in the configurator.

Printing

- Ribbon and arch: print the band solid or with 4+ walls. Frame and solid: 3 walls, 15% infill.
- Steep angles are for watching; about 50 degrees is the typing sweet spot.
