Printed flush: a recess in the lid top, filled by a separate part per color. The lid prints top-down, so this is the first layers: one color swap on a single-extruder printer.
These generators are free and run on my own machine. If one saved you time, a coffee keeps them online. Either way: your files are ready.
A tough box with a lid, described in numbers instead of drawn. You type the dimensions; the generator works out the fit, the snap-together hinge and the latches.
Free and without an account: type the numbers, watch the live preview, download STL and 3MF files that Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer and PrusaSlicer open directly. Looking for a ready-made size? The model library has 651 of them, each with its dimensions already filled in.
Yes. The snap latches are printed as part of the lid and the hinge is a printed ball joint, so there is no hardware to buy. PETG or ABS survive the snap strain best; PLA can crack after many cycles.
The base and the lid are separate objects, so each only needs to fit on its own. Keep the outer size below your bed in both directions and the latches will still line up.
Measure the object, add 2 to 3 mm of clearance per side and type the inner dimensions. The generator adds the walls, ribs and bumpers around them.
Your exact configuration is attached automatically, so the bug can be reproduced one-to-one. No account needed.
The machine that generates the models seems to be down or restarting. Your settings are safe in this tab: nothing is lost. Wait a moment and try again.
