Type the gap your sliding or sash window leaves, pick the hose (portable AC 150 mm, dual hose, 100 mm printer exhaust) and get a panel cut into numbered tiles for your bed, with ports, rim and bug mesh. Prints flat, no supports.
Free and without an account: type the numbers, watch the live preview, download STL and 3MF files that Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer and PrusaSlicer open directly. Looking for a ready-made size? The model library has 651 of them, each with its dimensions already filled in.
Most portable ACs use a 5.9 inch (150 mm) hose, smaller ones 5.1 inch (130 mm), older ones 5 or 6 inch. Measure the cuff at the window end: its inside if the hose should slide over a spigot, its outside if it should push into a socket.
Yes. Pick the flat nozzle shape and type the nozzle's outside width and height: the panel gets a rounded-rectangle socket it pushes into, with a collar you can size to the reach of its clips.
Set two ports, stacked for a tall sliding-window gap or side by side under a sash, and keep 40 mm or more between them so both hose clamps fit and the exhaust does not blow straight back into the intake.
The panel is cut into tiles that each fit your bed with a margin, and the cuts always go around the ports. Bolted ribs stand on the room side and pull the tiles together; dovetails are glued and keep both faces flat. The tile number is engraved on each tile and shown on the assembly map.
Openings of 1.2 to 1.6 mm stop mosquitoes and most flies. The mesh is printed in the panel plane, so a 0.4 mm nozzle prints it cleanly without supports.
Your exact configuration is attached automatically, so the bug can be reproduced one-to-one. No account needed.
