Type a router, power brick or mini PC's size: brackets, rails, a sleeve or a VESA plate for under the desk, the wall or the TV. Or a 10 or 19 inch rack panel with keystones or a device cage.
Free and without an account: type the numbers, watch the live preview, download STL and 3MF files that Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer and PrusaSlicer open directly. Looking for a ready-made size? The model library has 651 of them, each with its dimensions already filled in.
Two brackets are the least plastic and suit most routers and switches. Side rails hold a device of any width and let it slide out like a drawer. A sleeve covers the whole device and is the only style that takes a VESA plate.
The pieces print so the layers run around the corners of the U, the flanges have gussets, and a wide floor thickens toward the middle. Use screws, not tape, for anything heavier than a small router.
Set an air gap: standoffs along the sides keep the device off the desk or the wall by that much.
19 inch panels are 482.6 mm wide with holes 465.1 mm apart; 10 inch panels are 254 mm wide with holes 236.5 mm apart. 1U is 44.45 mm and the panel is 0.8 mm shorter, with the EIA-310 hole pattern, so M5, M6, 10-32 and 12-24 rack screws fit.
Set your bed size: the panel is split into pieces that slide together on dovetails, and a splice bar bolts across each joint inside the top and bottom ribs.
The ports are cut 14.97 × 19.45 mm and the panel is thinned to a 2 mm skin around each one from behind, which is what the latch of a standard keystone jack expects.
