Printing
- One part, prints flat and open, no supports; fold it shut hot off the bed to free the hinge.
- 0.2 mm layers, 3 walls; put the seam on the hinge side.
- Living hinge: PP lasts forever, PETG takes hundreds of folds, PLA dozens.
