Living hinge clamshell 90 x 60 mm
A one-piece box for a clamshell for glasses, a mouse or cards: base and lid print side by side, joined by the hinge, and fold shut straight off the bed. Print the living hinge in PETG or PP; PLA survives dozens of folds. A snap catch on the front keeps it closed.

Printing
- One part, prints flat and open, no supports; fold it shut hot off the bed to free the hinge.
- 0.2 mm layers, 3 walls; put the seam on the hinge side.
- Living hinge: PP lasts forever, PETG takes hundreds of folds, PLA dozens.
