Living hinge pocket box 70 x 45 mm
A one-piece box for a pocket clamshell for earbuds or a USB stick: base and lid print side by side, joined by the hinge, and fold shut straight off the bed. Print the living hinge in PETG or PP; PLA survives dozens of folds. A snap catch on the front keeps it closed.

Printing
- One part, prints flat and open, no supports; fold it shut hot off the bed to free the hinge.
- 0.2 mm layers, 3 walls; put the seam on the hinge side.
