Bit box 70 x 50 mm, pin hinge, no latch
A one-piece box for a driver bit box that opens with one thumb: base and lid print side by side, joined by the hinge, and fold shut straight off the bed. The pin hinge wears in after a few folds and lasts hundreds of cycles. No latch, so it flips open with one thumb.

Printing
- One part, prints flat and open, no supports; fold it shut hot off the bed to free the hinge.
- 0.2 mm layers, 3 walls; put the seam on the hinge side.
- Living hinge: PP lasts forever, PETG takes hundreds of folds, PLA dozens.
