Rugged first-aid box 160 x 120 mm
A hinged rugged box for bandages, tape and a few pills: 160 by 120 mm inside with a 50 mm well and a 20 mm lid. The ball hinge snaps together and the SnapLock latches print as part of the lid, so there is nothing to buy. Corner bumpers take the knocks and the ribs keep the walls stiff; print the latches in PETG or ABS.

Printing
- Base and lid print open side up, no supports; ribs and bumpers are self-supporting.
- 3 walls, 15% infill; PETG or ABS for the latches (PLA cracks at the snap strain).
