Rugged box 150 x 100 mm for electronics
A hinged rugged box for a dev board, cables and a power bank: 150 by 100 mm inside with a 40 mm well and a 20 mm lid. The ball hinge snaps together and the SnapLock latches print as part of the lid, so there is nothing to buy. Corner bumpers take the knocks and the ribs keep the walls stiff; print the latches in PETG or ABS.

Printing
- Base and lid print open side up, no supports; ribs and bumpers are self-supporting.
- 3 walls, 15% infill; PETG or ABS for the latches (PLA cracks at the snap strain).
- No hardware: the hinge snaps together and the latches are printed.
