40 mm 45° elbow
A dust-extraction adapter from ⌀40 mm to ⌀40 mm with a 45° bend. Both ends carry a slight jam-fit taper and friction ribs, so it seats snug on vacuum hoses, sander ports and extractor fittings without tape. Adjust either diameter by a fraction of a millimeter in the configurator if your port measures differently.

Printing
- Prints standing on the wider end: no supports for straight adapters.
- 3+ perimeters, no infill needed; PETG grips hoses better than PLA.
- The tapered ends jam tight; the ribs hold the hose without tape.
