Wemos D1 mini case, screw lid
An enclosure for the D1 mini: micro-USB opening and a tight cavity for a board with no holes. The board sits on standoffs on ledges, 34.2 x 25.6 mm, inside a 56.0 x 48.0 x 18.0 mm cavity with a screw-down lid on four M3 bosses for a case that gets opened often. Base prints open side up and the lid upside down; nothing needs supports.

Printing
- Base prints open side up, lid prints upside down; no supports.
- Walls are 2.4 mm so a plug pushed into a port does not flex the case.
- Snap lid: 0.35 mm bead, pops on and off with a fingernail; screw lid takes M3 self-tappers.
