Arduino Mega 2560 case, screw lid
An enclosure for the Mega 2560 R3: USB-B, barrel jack and the six-hole pattern. The board sits on standoffs on its mounting holes, 101.6 x 53.4 mm, inside a 124.0 x 76.0 x 26.0 mm cavity with a screw-down lid on four M3 bosses for a case that gets opened often. Base prints open side up and the lid upside down; nothing needs supports.

Printing
- Base prints open side up, lid prints upside down; no supports.
- Walls are 2.4 mm so a plug pushed into a port does not flex the case.
- Snap lid: 0.35 mm bead, pops on and off with a fingernail; screw lid takes M3 self-tappers.
