M3 knurled thumb nut
A knurl knob for a captive M3 nut you turn by hand: push a hardware-store M3 nut into the hex pocket and it becomes a hand-tightened fastener. The pocket faces up when it prints, so there are no supports or bridges; a drop of CA glue holds the hex if it ever loosens.

Printing
