60-card deck box, penny sleeves
A deck box for a deck in thin penny sleeves: the cavity is computed from the penny sleeves envelope and 60 cards, plus 3.5 mm of finger room, so the deck slides out without a fight and does not rattle. The cap clicks over ridges; scale it 100.5% or 99.5% in the slicer to tune the fit. Both parts print standing without supports.

Printing
